TMJ Therapy Chicago

TMJ Therapy combines careful evaluation with gentle hands-on techniques to help the jaw and surrounding muscles work more comfortably together.

What Happens During Treatment

Your Initial TMJ Assessment & Treatment appointment lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes both an evaluation and treatment.

Your jaw braces without you noticing. Often during sleep or focus.

Forward Head Posture

Screens pull your head forward. Your jaw and neck overwork just to hold you up.

Protective Patterns

Old dental work, stress, or injuries can leave your muscles guarded and tight.

There isn’t a single answer for everyone. Recommendations depend on how long you’ve been experiencing symptoms, your goals, how your body responds, and what is identified during your evaluation.
